Today I’m tackling this Symmetry puzzle by Cloudberries which will pair beautifully with the Warped Symmetry expansion. I chose the Wulfenite Kit and the Copal Kit.
I have to admit this puzzle was sitting in my todo pile for a while as I feared the symmetry might make it really challenging, but it actually helped as I could make each section twice and then split them up to either side of the puzzle. The mirror line is just slightly off centre so you can fairly easily tell which side pieces belong.
The Cloudberries puzzles have really nice fitting pieces which are very satisfying to put together. They hold together well and I didn’t have any false fits.
I liked the image so much when I finished that I actually put it in a frame on my wall for a few months!
When I eventually took it down, I made a fun symmetrical stop motion with it.
